*_recently our system allows to enter IT0007 with start date (e.g. 16.8.) which is after hiring date (11.8) in ifotype 0001. System only issues warning message while maintaining IT0007 but saves the record. Is there a way how to make sure that enatry in IT0007 is created with same date as hiring date of the employee?
Is there a way how to change warning message to error message by configuration change?

*_You can see what is customized for the different infotypes in table
T582A (V_T582A). Choose the infotype an click change. In the center
section called 'Display and Selection' - there
is a field called "Create w/o strt". If this field is "1" it should
default in the hiring date, if no record exists.
