Questions
*_Hi Experts,
I am trying to store qualifications in infotype 0024 (although the actual data ends up in HRP1001). My issue is that if an employee holds two identical qualifications (ex. CPR) with two proficiencies (ex. basic and advanced), the system will not let me store both of them. It either forces the earlier one's date to be delimited, thus making it no longer valid, or if the date range for the qualifications are the same, deletes the earlier one entirely and just saves the new one.
I know that this is because the key is duplicated in HRP1001. BUT, HRP1001 also contains a SEQNR field that should handle this, but I cannot get it to work? Is there a way to activate HRP1001-SEQNR?
I have tried playing with the time constraints. I assume that '3' is the one to use, but I still can't get all of the qualifications to save.
Any ideas??

*_Would there really be a practical need to store two sets of the same qualification with separate proficiencies for the same employee?
In real life, I cannot have the 'basic' proficiency and the 'advanced' proficiency for the same qualification at the same time, now, can I? Such storage of information will really skew all my reports - there is a reason why the standard SAP solution does not allow this.
Please review the requirement. If you still need to carry this out, create another qualification catalogue with repeated objects (which you may then re-use).
