I am in the process of implementing appraisal for client with eHP4 Ecc6.0.

Client has secnario : Employee sets his objectives realted to Business reults , talent results etc.
Approval process to be activated for Objective setting .

Mid term review is there where self review dotted line and direct manager review are included.

In annual review self, dotted line, direct manager , reviewer rate.

If bell curve is not normal then Business unit head would change the rating .

I have configured tempalte but there is problem with status flow .
Also want to ask since ehp4 web dynpro provides horizontal view, whether the objectives defined by employee would be available at the time of interim review and annual.

How to take care of all participants in appriasal , throuhg standard further pariticipants etc are available.

Has anybody worked on EHP4 webdynpro appraisals, required some inputs for config.

*_The process flow in EHP4 is not different from the earlier versions. The main difference in EHP4 is that the applications are in Webdynpro ABAP instead of BSP.

The main thing which you have to take care is the part-appraisers and further participants. How are you configuring them? Dotted line as part and highr level as further?
