I have configured leaves(Casual/Sick/Earned).
1. once the employee hired until six months he is not eligiable to take leave (Till his Probition Ends)
2. Employee is applicable to take Sick leave on Monday and Friday is only HALF DAY. Saturday and Sunday is not working.

The leave option is not possible to control in standard SAP R/3 and possible only thru User Exit.
