Ordered on a Sunday, product was on my doorstep chi flat iron (http://www.chihairsshop.com) Tuesday! Fast! As for the CHI itself, it's great. My friend has had hers for going on 4 years, no problems. I've seen a lot of mixed reviews here saying it lasts a long time, and other people saying it doesn't last at all. Obviously I don't know for sure if their defective CHI is their improper handling or what; because my friend has used hers ALMOST daily for all those years without any problems... Although my cord & actual electrical plug is a little different - I only paid $69.99! My friend paid about $170 for her CHI 4 years ago. So thanks Folica!!! Hopefully my CHI will hold up! If not, I will be sure to update my review! & THANKS AGAIN, Folica, FOR FAST SHIPPING!!!
