So I have the worst possible chi flat iron (http://www.chihairsshop.com)hair you can imagine: thin, frizzy, puffy, super-curly and I have a lot of hair. The CHI works wonders on me. It's been 5 years that I straighten my hair every day and I get compliments all the time. My hair looks super soft, smooth, and friz-free with the CHI. Some of the other brands that I have tried recently: Metropolis, Sedu, and FHI. I am not a fan of the Metropolis and the Sedu and FHI were just ok for my hair type. CHI's flaw: it does not last. It always tends to stop working and does not heat up anymore (I take very good care of it). I have already been through 4 of them. Out of the ones that I have tried, it is the best, which is why I keep going back to it. However, they should improve the quality. One of them only lasted 3 months!
