Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT) 2010 online counseling has begun for the admission of Rajasthan domicile students to the Management institutions in Rajasthan under the quota of the state.

To participate in online counseling, every candidate has to register on the official website of RMAT on http://rmat2010.gweca.ac.in/. Candidates would need Roll Number, Registration Number, Application Form Number, Date of Birth and OMR Answer sheet number for the registration.

Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, (HPBOSE) has declared the revaluation results of 10th, 11th & 12th Class in the chronological order.

Chinese and the Japanese are notorious for equating the price of a wine with quality. That explains why they are big consumers of the most expensive wines of the world. The joke about them is that they decide which wine to order at a restaurant after checking out the right hand side of the menu. So, does a more expensive wine taste better?

That was exactly the question my favorite website for news on the good things of life, Luxist. com, asked a few days ago, and I was relieved to read the answer: " Yes, no, and sometimes." Most expensive wines cash in on one of four factors: history, region, vintage or volume of production. A Bordeaux red with a hoary history produced in limited quantities in a particularly good year will naturally command a hefty price tag.

But I have a problem. I have found that all great and expensive wines, especially the reds, are ready for drinking five to ten years after they've been released. It's because their tannins are still too overpowering and take time to mellow down.

These wines also must be paired with the right food if you wish to get a bigger bang for the buck. Most wine drinkers, though, are like the French or Italian peasants of the past. They pick up a bottle, or maybe a case, only if they're determined to empty its contents with friends and family in a day or three.

Certainly, for this category of people who drink wine to have their share of uncomplicated fun, an expensive one is just not right. Tell that to the snobs! Researchers at the California Institute of Technology, says Luxist, have found that people appreciate the same wine more when they think it's expensive.

They've conducted brain scans to show that drinking high- priced wine sends extra blood and oxygen to the pleasure centres of the brain. Price, in other words, determines how some people perceive the wine they drink. I think that's foolish.

Fake Videocon websites harms its image, files complaint

Videocon D2h, the direct- tohome (DTH) service provider arm of electronics major, Videocon Group, has filed a polic.complaint to block the websites o.companies using the Videocon brand name to dupe people through fake websites and to take action against such entities.

Anil Khera, chief executive officer (CEO), Bharat Business Channel Ltd (BBCL), th.company which handles the DTH business said some anti- social elements with the intention of duping customers and using the brand name of Videocon created fake websites with deceptively similar names. The names of these websites are www.d2hvideocon.com, www.d2hadvertising.com and www.videocond2hdish.com . The official website of the firm is www.videocond2h.com, which is being used in all it.communications with regard to the DTH services, he added.

Videocon has been receiving severa.complaints from its customers claiming that they have been tricked into paying money, Khera said. " The issue came to light when consumers reported that they had received SMSes on their mobiles asking them to log on to these websites wherein they are illegally and wrongfully prompted to provide their mobile numbers. Once the number is given, the next page opens with an icon of ' Next' prompting the customer to press the said icon," he said.

On the third page a fake authorisation letter opens, which informs the customers that they have won a free Videocon DTH subscription for two years to a lifetime. " The fake letter further asks the customers to deposit an amount towards customer service tax in the bank for which the details are provided and to fax the deposit slip to a specified number. We, through the Cyber Cell Police Station have requested the SBI, Bank of India, and others to issue necessary directions so the operation of the fake accounts can be stopped and money deposited by the public goes back, " he said.

Spain beat Holland in the Final of FIFA 2010 World Cup

Spain has registered their name as the World Champions for the first time ever in the history of this game after beating Holland by 1 - 0 in the extra time of 30 minutes.

There was lot of indiscipline was to be seen in the first 45 minutes of the game where total number of 5 yellow cards were issued to players including one of De Jong's after he kicked Alonso in the chest imitating The Karate Kid and was lucky not to be sent off the field ; however yellow cards keep pouring on the field during the second half as well.

India now has many things to worry about as Sreesanth is having injury problems after Zaheer Khan has already been ruled out of the Test series due to a shoulder injury starting on July 18 in Galle.

I wonder why people have pizza and beer — the unhealthiest combination — when they watch football, the most athletic of all sports.

In honour of South Africa and Spain (my favourite), I'll stick to wine — I'll open with a Sauvignon Blanc from the host country in the first half and then move over to a Tempranillo, Spain's most delicious red wine that surprisingly goes well with mutton kebabs.

It'll be quite late in the night, so kebabs are ruled out. Instead, I may call for sushi rolls, which I have discovered pair seamlessly with a Sauvignon Blanc. When it's time for the Tempranillo, I wonder what I'll have.

Maybe a falafel wrap with the Greek yoghurt - and - cucumber - garlic dip. It's an odd accompaniment for a full - bodied red, but I am a great believer in the joy of discovering the unknown.

Best, I'll stick to cream crackers with smoked cheese, which you get in abundance in department stores everywhere. The combination has always worked well with red wines that have character.

Kareena will be seen playing a mother in two upcoming releases — the Karan Joharproduced We Are Family and Shah Rukh Khan's Ra. 1 . We Are Family is the remake of the 1998 Hollywood blockbuster, Stepmom , with Kareena reprising Julia Robert's role. She will be seen as the stepmom to the kids of Kajol, who will play the role done by Susan Sarandon in the original.

In the Anubhav Sinha - directed Ra. 1 , Kareena will be seen as the glamorous mother of an eight - year - old. It is believed that the actress will cut a rather oomphy picture of a modern - day mom in the film, flaunting outfits designed by her costume designer friend Manish Malhotra.

Another Model Natasha Pardari Found Dead in her apartment

There is definitely much more darker side than the bright side of this glamorous profession.

Another model after Viveka Babajee, named Natasha Pardari found hanging from the ceiling fan of her apartment in Mumbai's suburban Andheri.

Her maid was the first person to get to know about the incident and she informed about the same to police at around 11 AM today.

Natasha Pardari was a model, lived at her Andheri based Neptune Apartment residence in Mumbai, committed suicide by hanging herself to the fan.

However, police seems to be taking no chances and have sent the body for postmortem and in the mean time interrogating the servants and collecting information from neighborhood.
