In the shiv puran it is stated that when mahadev appeared in his usual form parvati's mother mena fainted and refused to allow the marriage to take place till such time as mahadev came dressed looking like a gentleman! Then parvati begged and pleaded with mahadev that if he loved her he would change his appearance and the appearence of his baraat! On her say so mahadev did exactly that! But here in the episode happening on friday it will be hilarious to watch who becomes unconscious to see mahadev's appearence especially the "nani ma" who is well.....quite a nosy parker! and it will be even more hilarious to watch the reaction after mahadev changes into a gentleman and appears before them! ;) :-p
