Dear Experts,
I have attended one interview. In there they have given the following scenario. Kindly suggest the possible ways to achieve these.
_Scenario_
The company has not implemented the Time Management component, they maintaining it manually.
In their company they will provide the annual leave for 10 working days. The employees can get the salary for 10 days in advance. Before he is going to take these holidays, their previous month salary and the advance payment should be settled. The 10 days salary will not be given in next payroll run. These 10 day can taken as their wish, it can be on start of the month, end of the month or in middle.
In this case how should I run the payroll? Do I need off cycle payroll run for all cases? Do we need the prior adjustment before we run the payroll, if so what are that? My doubt is when I run the off cycle payroll run will it exclude that employee for regular payroll run for the same month?
Kindly suggest your ideas.
