Mental harassement

I don't want to work with my current manager.sHe has mentally harassed me due to which i can't concentrate on my work.Her routine is find fault in my work continuously , document it through mail then use some quality people to let me down with my work , demotivate me etc. Now i am with a company for 8 month , 4 month left to complete bond.Her harassment going up.What should i do?.Shall i go to H

Hi, This time it’s "Automated PF Ledger" Though there are many such kind of formats as well as software. Still sharing with all of you. You have to just fill Employee’s PF Deduction details of each months and statutory forms for monthly and yearly purpose will be updated by that. So, first of all download it then make suggestion for it.

sirs, "contractor has submitted montly bills and delay in process from principal employer side for making payment / cheque to the contractor. In that case if contractor not paying wages/monthly salary to their emplyees on time or in 1st week / before 7th of the next month" what should we do as a principal employer ?

Greetings All, I m executive HR in organisation. One of our employee is joined on 01-April-2007 and he resigns from the job and he relieved on 07-March-2012. so he completed 4 years and 260 days in 5th year. Is he eligible for the gratuity?
