i joined in civil services as hr generalist but i m feeling there is no much scope in this organisation. there payroll is managed by accounts dept. and i have to manage attendence and sum petty registers, recruitment and joining formalities but the thing is there is no much recruitment . i thnk most of the time i vil be idel wt 2 do. pls reply Emplyee leaving after 4 days of joining

If an employee has joined a company thru placement consultancy and leaves the company within 4 days of joining bcz he was offered a high pay, is the consultancy at fault ? Is it company at fault ? Dear sirs, We have applied for Labour licence on 15th Oct 2010 and receive it on dtd 25th Oct 2010. However, I have engaged the worker since 1st Oct 2010, But I have submitted PF and Prepared wages sheet for this work since 1st oct 2010. Now My question is that for the Labour Department, I will have to show the wage sheet and other resister after getting the licence date (i.e. 25th Oct 2010) or It Are the 'Relocation Expenses' Taxable?

As per THE PAYMENT OF BONUS ACT, 1965 employees are eligible for payment of bonus in a financial year, if they have worked for 30 or more days etc. What are various practice followed to pay the eligible employees who resign during the year? Hello Sir/Madam, In sheet1 I have a Column A contains systems such as 0-20-A0-P01, 0-20-A0-P02, P03,P04 and so on. In other sheets2 in column A have same like with many duplicates. In same sheet 2 somewhere column D or column E have values like "A","B","C" with duplicates. I need to do in sheet 1 vlookup formula and findout how many "A" available in respective of 0-20-A0-P01, And how many "B" with Need to change the look of my company - Seniors plz help
