i joined in civil services as hr generalist but i m feeling there is no much scope in this organisation. there payroll is managed by accounts dept. and i have to manage attendence and sum petty registers, recruitment and joining formalities but the thing is there is no much recruitment . i thnk most of the time i vil be idel wt 2 do. pls reply Labour licence

Dear sirs, We have applied for Labour licence on 15th Oct 2010 and receive it on dtd 25th Oct 2010. However, I have engaged the worker since 1st Oct 2010, But I have submitted PF and Prepared wages sheet for this work since 1st oct 2010. Now My question is that for the Labour Department, I will have to show the wage sheet and other resister after getting the licence date (i.e. 25th Oct 2010) or It Emplyee leaving after 4 days of joining

As per THE PAYMENT OF BONUS ACT, 1965 employees are eligible for payment of bonus in a financial year, if they have worked for 30 or more days etc. What are various practice followed to pay the eligible employees who resign during the year? Is the bonus paid along with their full and final settlements? Or is it paid as a cycle once year to existing as well as exited employees? Hi All, Please help me to suggest my friend who want to withdraw gratuity and has completed 4.2 year in a private sector firm and left the company recently (just one month). He use to contribute 200-300 rs per month towards gratuity, since he have left the firm he want to withdraw the money which he have contributed towards gratuity from his side. I am working as Safety Officer, We are going for a new installation for gas fired Heating Furnace, which we want to install is around 5-6 meters away from Furnace Oil Tank, I have looked over the OISD standard 118 for fired equipment distance from Petroleum product but could not define the exact distance to be kept in between the both.
