this is a great chi flat iron (http://www.chihairsshop.com)straightener it definatly works. i love it and i've never used a starightener that could get your hair more straight. the only problem is how hot it gets which over time damages your hair and drys it out. if only it had a heat setting than maybe it would be the best.IM PISSED..I BOUGHT MY CHI LESS THAN A YEAR AGO..AND IT FREAKIN JUST NOW BROKE!!!! AND I MADE DAMN SURE I TOOK CARE OF IT i bought my CHI about 2 years ago now and I was so excited because I had always read really good reviews on it. However, the CHI is a little talked up.
